Footy Fever

I am not, nor will I ever be a footy fan but today I did make some home made sausage rolls for my hubby and his Dad. I love Grand Final because it marks the end of the season and the noise that goes on, with the tv being on during the middle of the day, on what would otherwise be a peaceful weekend.
Having said all that, if the Dockers ever make it to the finals, I would cheer (silently).

    ha ha. this made me laugh.

    i grew up in a footy mad family. dragged around to watch my brothers play every sunday. house revolving around weekend footy on tv. i felt like a freak for not knowing the rules, the players and what all the fuss was about. it's only been in the last couple of years that i have given up even pretending to feign interest. ah i feel free.

    {clearly this novel of a comment has been further therapy for me!!} xo
