Holidays bring loads of time to teach yourself a new skill, or create something new and fun. Lucy painted feathers collected on the beach and I finished off my first attempt at knitting, with the help of Mum that fixed the holes and mistakes along the way. I have reacquainted myself with my crochet hook and made a few wonky flowers too. Wouldn't it be great to have holidays more often to make and do.
