Picnic Cushion

Recently I went to a machine quilting class and found that I was pretty good at the straight machine sewing but my freeform machine quilting was terrible ! I tried for a while and decided that it was not for me and that I would just stick to straight lines. I had loads of practice squares and made a big picnic cushion for Lucy out of my practice pieces. The insert is a thick foam I cut out of an old baby cot mattress of Lucy's. Recycle recycle...
