We had a fantastic day today, the sun was shining and the wind slightly chilly so we headed into Barcelona City and wandered through the cobblestone streets, treated ourselves to 'cafe solo' and light fluffy donuts and took Lucy to the Aquarium in the afternoon, she loved the sharks and the dogfish the most.
We stumbled our way through ordering lunch with the little Spanish Language we have , Darren being much better than me as I kept speaking French, no wonder I got some funny looks !
Our favourite shop is called El Ingenio, it is an amazing Theatre Goods shop with Giants, Big Heads, Magic and Juggling equipment, it looks like a scene out of Moulin Rouge. The photo above is taken out the front of this fantastic shop.
We are all exhausted and heading to bed early, jetlag kicked in about 3.30 this afternoon and Lucy took herself to bed tonight.
The flight must have been ok then?
